Hello and welcome my name is Tina

I am a highly qualified and motivated Pluralistic Counsellor

I am dedicated and compassionate counsellor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With years of experience in counselling, I can provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions.

I specialise in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and self-esteem to name but a few.  Pluralism believes in using different tools for different people at different times. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

Everyone’s journey is unique, and I believe in working collaboratively to create a path toward healing and resilience. Whether you're struggling with trauma, facing a difficult transition, seeking clarity, or simply looking for support, I am here to guide you.

Masters in Developmental Psychology

BSc(Hons) in Psychology

Training courses with Carolyn Springs on Trauma, childhood sexual abuse, health and the body and working with suicide and self harm.

Experience

Private practice working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, trauma, autism, depression and anxiety.

Over 2 years volunteering as a counsellor with a adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
