I am a highly qualified and motivated Pluralistic Therapist
I specialise in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, issues around Autism and self-esteem to name but a few. Pluralism believes in using different tools for different people at different times. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

Private practice working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, trauma, autism, depression and anxiety.
Over 2 years volunteering as a counsellor with a adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
I am Autism aware, as I myself am Autistic.
