I am a highly qualified and motivated Pluralistic Therapist
I specialise in working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, issues around Autism and self-esteem to name but a few. Pluralism believes in using different tools for different people at different times. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

COSCA Diploma in pluralistic counselling and psychotherapy- with 120 hours of practice
Masters in Developmental Psychology
BSc(Hons) in Psychology
Training courses with Carolyn Springs on Trauma, childhood sexual abuse, health and the body and working with suicide and self harm.
My next training will be in Single Session Therapy, starting in September 2026.

Private practice working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, trauma, autism, depression and anxiety.
Over 2 years volunteering as a counsellor with a adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
